I find it incredibly valuable to maintain contact with colleagues outside of the work environment. A special highlight was the Nordic Walking team event. We had great conversations, laughed a lot and enjoyed the activity together in nature - that bonded us even more closely. Afterwards we ended the day in a relaxed atmosphere with dinner together.
