I find it incredibly valuable to maintain contact with colleagues even outside of the work environment. A particular highlight was the Nordic Walking team event. We had great chats, laughed a lot, and enjoyed the shared activity in nature - it really brought us closer together. After that, we ended the day in a cosy gathering with a communal dinner.
